I sit here, Friday afternoon, taking a break from packing and needing to run a few errands for some items I have forgotten to purchase...more sunscreen, more bag balm, sanity...well maybe not the latter, I guess next week will tell the tale of that one! (Just kidding)
Thanks so far for all of your well wishes thus far, I will try to post as frequently as possible. Hoping that we will have good satellite reception and time to get everything accomplished. I am also hoping to post pictures and if not on my blog, will try to provide a link to the pictures.
Pray for those who are less fortunate than us, those for whom we are raising the money to eliminate poverty. They are the ones who need prayers for perseverence, for strength and to overcome.

In August of 2008 I will be riding partway across North America with other cyclists from the Christian Reformed Church and Reformed Church in America in the Sea to Sea 2008 Bike Tour in an effort to help end the cycle of poverty.
